The VDE Annual Meeting will be held on March 14, 2024, at South Cove Activity Center. POLLS WILL OPEN AT 6PM FOR THE ELECTION OF OFFICERS; DISCUSSION ON ALL OTHER WARRANT ARTICLES WILL BEGIN AT 7PM. The 2024 Warrant and Budget can be viewed using the links below.
Absentee ballots for the election of officers will be available at the VDE office on Monday, February 26. You can obtain a ballot by calling the office at 603.863.6512. Ballots can be filled out at the office or mailed to VDE, PO Box 990, Grantham NH. Ballots must be received at the VDE office no later than March 14, 5PM. A sample ballot is provided below. Voters must be registered to vote in Grantham, Enfield, or Springfield.
Absentee ballots for the Village District of Eastman elections, polling for which will be held from 6PM to 8PM March 14, 2024, will be processed immediately following the annual meeting, which begins at 7PM March 14, 2024.
