Hummingbird Hill & Barn Owl Overlook Construction Meeting

This is a joint presentation by the VDE, Horizons Engineering, and KA Stevens & Son regarding the planned water main replacement project for Hummingbird and Barn Owl, scheduled to begin this summer.
