VDE Annual Meeting 2024
The 2024 budget, warrant, and other business will come before the voting body. This will be held at South Cove Activity Center, Hemlock Room, at 6PM. Polls for election of officers will open at 6:00, with warrant discussion starting at 7:00. The warrant and budget can be reviewed below.
Absentee ballots for the election of officers will be available beginning February 26, 2024, in the VDE office at 53 Wellfield Road. Voters may fill out their ballot in the office, or mail it back to VDE, PO Box 990, Grantham NH 03753. Ballots will be accepted through Thursday, March 14, 5PM.
Absentee ballots for the elections will be processed immediately following the Annual Meeting.
Voters must be registered to vote in Grantham, Springfield, or Enfield. A sample ballot is provided below.
While remote attendance via Zoom is an option, the chat feature will be disabled as we will not be able to monitor remote participation throughout the meeting. The Zoom link is below.
