In both condo areas, the entire water mains will be replaced starting with WCD in the Spring and WCA in the Fall.
Three New Wells in the Glenwood Area
The final phase of this construction will occur throughout 2026.
West Cove B Water Main Replacement Design
During 2026, this project will be designed and preparations will be made to commence construction in 2027.
West Cove A Force Main
The wastewater discharge force main piping from WCA pump station down along Trail 6 is being investigated for possible pressure issues. This project will be ongoing during the year.
Leach Field Construction
As an alternative disposal process for wastewater, this project began in John’s Glen by the holding ponds in Winter 2025 and has since resumed. Construction will take place through 2026, with the system online by year-end.
Clearwater Drive Aeration Lagoons
A necessary survey and plan for sludge removal from these lagoons is in development.
Dead-end Flushing Hydrants
To better serve the community with our flushing process, we will be evaluating areas in the community that would benefit from dedicated flushing hydrants.
LSLI
Ongoing work through 2026 with our lead service line inventory will include potholing, or excavations around curb valves to identify/confirm service line material. This effort will be partially covered by a grant received through NHDES.
